| 2715 | #95 | THE (UN) SPECTACULER ETHICS FOR THE ACCOUNTANT: THE HOLY QUR'AN AS A GUIDELINES, "TUNJUK AJAR MELAYU" ANSWERED | Irfan, Andi |
The postmodern world is a reality that is beginning to have a powerful influence in our lives today. Postmodern thoughts create a pessimistic attitude and uncare about life. Ethics thoughts developed include classic ethical streams derived from Greek philosophers' thought, contemporary ethics from medieval European thinkers until the 20th century, as well as the ethical flow of Islamic religious thought which always refers to the Holy Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Bauman (1993) offers morality without code of conduct by restoring morals to the rights and dignity of human beings. The view of Bauman (1993), universality in postmodern perspective is concerned only with the problem of globalization relating to information, technology and economics rather than ecumenical politics, culture and moral authority. Malay ethics forms a personal character and a positive characteristic of Malay people. It becomes very important to create attitudes, behaviors, ethos, and habits that focus on positive work values. The ethics of the profession which is guided by the accountant must be mirrored and follow in the footsteps of the prophet Muhammad SAW who can always be trusted by his people and business partners.

| 2718 | #95 | NALAR BAROKAH MADRASAH ANTARA FAKTA ATAU SUGESTI | Abrori, Husnan |
Barokah is an integral part in the world of madrasah education, every second always appear the word from the academic community and customernya. The shift in the paradigm of contemporary education that places an educational output is the final process of transformation in the learning process in madrasah is sometimes broken by a public opinion that all processes are meaningless without baraka. The placement of the supernatural powers above a factual process has become a characteristic of madrasah education from the past to the present time, it is a belief that mensugesti all human beings and knock down the foundation of reasoning that education needs process and the carrying capacity in humanizing humanity or developing human potential accordingly nature that develops naturally and dynamically to suit the needs of the times. The cognitive ability that becomes the icon of life is no longer so urgent as a human driving pilot to fly higher to achieve success, let alone psychomotor no longer be a book to read in the curriculum of life, but different from affective is another face of barokah, in other words who is good ahlaknya then barokah no longer be sugesti and dreams perforated but a real dream that actualized in the success of life in the world and akherat.

Hasbiyallah, Hasbiyallah Sulhan, Moh. Khoiruddin, Heri Burhanudin, Undang |
Islam as a religion has actually become the target of study not only by Muslims but also by non-Muslims for diverse purposes and interests with various approaches. Indonesian Islamic Studies conducted by Dutch scholars and Orientalists are mostly intended for political and policy purposes related to the fate of Muslim-majority male citizens. Islamic dynamics revealed more progressive dynamics in the 1960s and 70s when institutionally the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia released the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) with the form of an Institute that developed religious scientific disciplines in the form of various faculties. From this, a variant of State Islamic University (UIN) developed with the development of study areas outside the religious. The fundamental problem that is the focus of this research relates to PTKIN's Islamic facial dynamics in the context of changes to the State Islamic University (UIN), especially Islamic studies and the new direction of Indonesian Islam which is becoming a new force at the State Islamic University (UIN). Specifically, this study aims to understand the trends and challenges of Islam in PTKIN in the future, and the Islamic thinking map of PTKIN in the new face of UIN which includes UIN SGD Bandung, UIN SUKA Yogyakarta and UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh.

Inheritance law is a part of civil law and is part of family law in particular. Inheritance law is closely related to human life, because every human being will experience a legal event, namely death. These legal events will cause legal consequences regarding the continuation of the rights and obligations of a person who has died and also in relation to his family or other people who have rights to their property. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the rights and position of grandchildren in the system of replacing the heirs in Islamic Inheritance Law and Compilation of Islamic Law and to know and understand the legal protection of grandchildren as heirs in the Islamic Inheritance Law and Compilation of Islamic Law. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the position of grandchild as a substitute heir in Islamic inheritance law is not listed in the Al-Quran and Hadith, only recognized through the Ijtihad conducted by the scholars. But in the Islamic Law Compilation the existence of grandchildren is recognized as a substitute for the parents who have died beforehand from the heirs and legal protection against grandchildren as successor heirs through the Compilation of Islamic Law which gives recognition of the position of substitute heirs through confirmation of the existence of heirs substitutes get full legalization where the provisions are not contained in the classic Islamic inheritance law. In addition, most Religious Judges in considering their decisions in terms of inheritance also see the arrangements contained in the Compilation of Islamic Law as a guide.

| 2725 | #95 | MENGEMBANGKAN (PEMBELAJARAN) BLENDED LEARNING DENGAN SISTEM LINGKUNGAN PEMBELAJARAN VIRTUAL (VLE) DI PTKIN |
Yusny, Rahmat Ibnu Yasa, Ghufran |
Recently there has been a great interest invested in maximizing higher education studentsâ knowledge retention as well as increasing students learning experience using web technologies. Many higher education institutions upgrade their learning facilities by integrating virtual learning system to their education provisions. Educational content management system is now a primary requirement in higher education provisions. However, as for the context of Indonesian higher education, upgrading the learning system may mean a total change of the way classes are delivered. Most of Indonesian higher education teachers are those with minimal exposure of virtual technological use in classrooms. Although these teachers are familiar with the common internet tools especially the electronic mail system and internet social media, they are not yet familiar with managing a content management system. Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) ar-Raniry is one of Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN) that share similar context. This study was conducted to explore UIN Ar-Raniry teachersâ readiness in delivering blended learning using Virtual Learning Environment. 124 teachers were participating in this research. The index of technological acceptance is relatively high (3.78). However, on the contrary digital technology use related to delivering lecture is relatively low. The use of e-mail and facebook is relatively popular among these teachers. The study found that teachers are interested in using more convenient digital tools in their classes if the university supports the trainings and assigns educational technology consultant to help them establish the virtual class and help with their technical troubles.

Integration of science is a central issue in the arena of the State Islamic University (UIN) in Indonesia, including UIN Ar-Raniry and UIN North Sumatra. One of the main problems that is increasingly discourse is the model of the integration of knowledge that is put in place and the development efforts implemented. Although UIN Ar-Raniry has an integration model of "Frikatifisasi Ilmu" and UIN North Sumatra with the "Integrative Transdisciplinary" model, the Syari'ah Faculty academics and the second Law of the UIN generally do not understand it definitively, so that the integration model does not play an effective role in the process integration of sciences. Therefore, constructive evaluation, comprehensive socialization, and a more intensive development strategy involve all related components. The expected goal of this study is to present a description of the integration model of science that is valid and understood in the second FSH of the UIN, along with its implementation and development in the present. As a qualitative study, this study uses descriptive, interpretative, and comparative analysis methods / techniques. The data analyzed mainly comes from the results of interviews with lecturers and FGDs with students of the School of Comparative Study Program and the FSH State Law Study Program, in addition to other related data.

Al-Shbiel, Abeer Obeid Aly, Qusaiyen |
There are various reasons for our choice of this period of the scientific Arab history: the first is the richness in thought, culture, philosophy and experimentation, following the internationalization of the peoples of the Abbasid Caliphate. The second is the maturity of the individual creative tools of scientists in most fields of knowledge, especially in the linguistic ones which formed the basis from which all Arab sciences sprang. Based on the above, we follow the analytical methods of miracle scholars. The first of these scholars was Ramani, who was interested in individual performances and in rhetorical art in its individuality. The second was Abu Suleiman al-Khattabi, who preoccupied himself with researching in the depths of the problem. The third was Baqalani Abu Bakr Muhammad, the author of the theory of equanimity and inequality. The fourth was judge Abduljabbar who tried to link between the mind and language. The fifth was Abdulqahir Al-Jerjani, the founder of the theory of systems. Indeed each of these scholars has studied the issue of Quranic miracle in a way which suited their methods, and then discussed the ways his views were received in private and in public. We claim that we have paid special attention to the specificity of grammar as a basis, for all of them, for the study of miracles, and none of them has been freed from the study of poetry. However, Al-Jarjani attributed poetry as the necessary basis for the knowledge of miracles, and we did come out with some conclusions which we have noted at the end of our research.

The widespread and prolonged violent conflict in Aceh has passed down negative legacy within a vulnerable communities. One of the most-exposed the social capital elements is the mutual trust or the excessive manifestation of hate. Although suspicion often provides a sense of security in violent conflict, yet when peace is present, the inherent feeling of distrust can disrupt the construction of community coexistence towards reconciliation. However, with the development of a fairly massive coffee culture, promising opportunities to construct coexistence in post-conflict societies in Aceh emerged. Therefore, this study uses a narrative approach in describing the potentials of coffee culture in constructing the coexistence of post-conflict communities in Aceh.

The emergence of new problems or problems in the community that really need legal clarity, all of which have not been answered in either the Qur'an or the Hadith, in connection with the cessation of revelation and the death of the Prophet Muhammad who acted as a mediator between revelation and the reality that lived at that time.
