This study aims to analyze the 2013 curriculum on educational materials especially for children with special needs. The method used in this research is literature study by analyzing the results of previous research and elaborating in content analysis. The result of this research is the need for a special curriculum for Islamic religious education material for special school children. It needs material simplification and a simple evaluation because not all special school children are able to evaluate according to general material. Teachers need patience in carrying out the learning process and also need to master various methods so that children don't get bored.

This literature study was conducted to find out: Analysis of Human Resource Management in Improving Strategies Learrning in the New Normal Era. In this research, the method used qualitative with a library research. The results of the study indicate are: Human Resource management in improving strategies learrning in the new normal era is effort, mature readiness, provisioning both in terms of IT skills and virtual learning progress. The most appropriate learning strategy in the new normal era is to follow the rules of the Ministry of Education and Culture with virtual learning through agreed platforms. For this reason, the 2 main elements of teaching and learning activities take place, these students and teachers must be equipped, qualified and know the direction of learning that will be filtered in order to minimize misunderstanding between teacher and students. While students at home, study is assisted and supervised by their parents to avoid deception, laziness and cheating during the exam. So that ethics, values ​​/ norms remain upheld in the world of academia.

Artikel ini menjelaskan pentingnya inovasi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik. Multiple Intelligences MI (kecerdasan majemuk) adalah sebagian kecil inovasi di bagian pendidikan sebagai jawaban atas pembagian kecerdasan yang hanya terpacu pada intellectual, spiritual dan emosiaonal. Multiple Intelligences membagi kecerdasan pada anak menjadi delapan sehingga dengan pembagian tersebut minat dan bakat peserta didik sekaligus potensinya tergali secara terarah dan tersalurkan. MI banyak di terapkan di lembaga-lembaga sekolah, yang bersifat formal akan tetapi bangsa ini lupa dengan pendidikan yang mencetak banyak ulama` yaitu pesantren. dengan demikian seharusnya pesantren menjadi perhatian serius untuk pengembangan santri/peserta didik. Dan dengan adanya inovasi pendidikan ini semoga menjadi sedikit solusi untuk pendidikan di negeri ini.

This research was initiated from the phenomena  that psychology students have low motivation in learning and 60% of lectures have no educational background of psychology. Causal design was used to know the effect of one variable toward others. Sample are 100 students. Hypothesis analysed using regresion statistical analysis. Result shows that regresion model based on research data is significant. Lecturer competence give a linear effect toward student learning motivation

According psychology-philosophy perspective, various pattern in education caused by different view about human being.. Abdurrahman an-Nahlawi stated that how human view about themselves will give strong effect toward education system.[1]. If human is viewed as creature with an evil talent, then education means as an effort to supress those evil factors.[1] On the other hands, if human is viewed as an active creature with potential, interest, and good basic competency, education means drawing out process in which taken out everything the children have not pouring in like water jar.

The aim of this research is obtaining empirical data about future orientation of students who have GPA 25 at psychology faculty UIN SGD Bandung. Research design is qualitative and interview used to collect data. Case study result shows that two students interviewed have pesimistic future orientation with unique indicators. Both of them have uncertainty in making strategy for their future indicators. Both of them have uncertainty in making strategy for their future realization.

This research evelop teamwork internalization model through internship which is based on Participatory Action Research. Participants are students at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon involved in qualitative deasign. Result shows that internship based on Participatory Action Research has been conducted in group from preparation, implementation, until evaluation. Internalization process of cooperative values in internship occurs when the students have dinamic, participative and collaborative learning making process in making Mapping, Seasonal Calender, Diagram Venn, Time Line, Trend and Change, Matrix ranking and flowchart. Partisipative model can be developed on purpose, content, method, and evaluation

One of the basic change in exceptional education is inclusive program. The most perspective population to have inclusive program are blind students. Potential development of blind students in inclusive program is not adequate with educational intervening class but  guidance and counseling. This research aims to formulate guidance and Counseling program for blind students who are studying at YPI Senior High School Bandung through inclusive program. The result of this research produce guidance and counseling program which consist of (1) information service guidance (2) academic guidance and (3) social personal guidance.

No one in this world wants to have an abnormal child. All parents want their children normal. In fact, some of them have are not, for example autistic child. Autism is a rare developmental disorder involving inability to communicate with respond to other people. Therefore, it is parents’ role to help autistic child in order to develop social and language skill. In helping autistic child parents must cooperate with experts by giving them information of their child.

The research will be conducted based on the fact that most of students are lack of capability to study at higher education. It is proved by the unsatisfied result of their first year study (the students of academic-year 2003, 2004 and 2005). Most of them are realize that they are incapable to study the subjects of their major.

Man as creature that created by God (khaliq) as khalifah on the earth to carry out the commandment that able to rule, guide, care and maintain the worldwide to serve the God. The prefer man in order to be a good man certainly was destined by Allah Swt with the choise that has been decised by Him. Khaliq as the creature’s (man) creator that perfectly in his creature because consist of the body organs including soul and body, both are the reason why men get a task as khalifah on the earth which differs them from other creature on the earth. Mens in their life have their particular (goodness) and lack (mistake), these show that mans behavior rise down in accord of degree of their each knowledge and experience, thus a Prophet as ordinary people that in his course (development) can not escape from any mistakes. Â

In this article, we use cusp catastrophe model for analyze the intelligence. Definition of intelligence is restricted by IQ that can be separated to two aspects, those are Concrete-Practice (CP) and Theoretical-Verbal (TV). We will demonstrate that two students of university with the same aspect of intelligence, CP, but have different TV will state in different department of a university. We must get the critical point that differentiate the characteristic of one department with the others. Moving from one department to the other caused by the change of TV will occur as a jump. This jump will determined cusp catastrophe model.Catastrophe theory provides a universal method for the study of all jump transitions, discontinuities, and sudden qualitative changes. Especially in mathematical understanding, catastrophe theory is a part of singularities theory and bifurcation theory.The samples were the psychological testing, IST, results of 428 ITB's students. The first step is Confirmatory Factor Analysis application to reduce nine psychotest variables to get two control variables that construct cusp catastrophe model. The second step is fitting the model of cusp catastrophe to the data with Cuspfit procedure. As measurement of goodness of fit, Cuspfit procedure uses the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Bayes Information Criterion (BIC). The model with the lowest AIC and BIC is selected.

The glowing up bullying actor today certainly should be faced seriously by all side. School as one component in building students behavior is expected to set a sufficient medium that able to cut the bullying chain. Counseling program with the religious commitment development model is expected to deal with bullying behavior done by students in the school. This based on a number of studies suggest that the success of religious commitment development in dealing the difficulty behavior.

A significant correlation was found, between the enabling parental style to exploration in the domain of religion identity status; between the anabling parental style to commitment, and between the constraining parental style to exploration. No relationship was found between the constraining parental style and commitment in the domain of religious identity status. Suggestion for further research would be to identity other variables connected with identity status in the religion domain.

Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) as islamic educational institution in general organizes and designs curriculum that able to avoid its students from sexual behavior that contrast to the islamic values, as well as in pesantren or after graduating from pesantren. One of the effort of pesntren to reach such goal among them are by organizing the relationship between sexs and to separate its students according to the sexs. Students are faced to the situation that different at all with the actual reality. Some aspects are regarded can direct to the social contact between sexs are controlled. The question appears about how the influence of the sexs separation (single sex-pesantren) to the student sexual development, as they coming out from that pesantren and must face the actual reality, which heterogenous, uncontrollabe and different at all with the relaity that experienced in pesantren.Â

The goal of this research is to find the crucial factors that influence the level of adolescence’s academic achievement. The objective of this research is to study the     relationship between adolescence’s attributional style with their level of academic achievement. This research was carried out by correlational design. This research involve adolescence as students of three public senior high school in Bandung City, i.e. SMAN 4, SMAN 8, and SMAN 11.  The sample of this study are 459  students selected  through random from second and third grade. The students at first grade not selected as sample because them not yet owned the data of achievement. The data of achievement was collected by documentation study, and data of attribution by questionnaire. The data expressed in ordinal scale and analyzed statistically by Rank Spearman. This study has some outcomes related to the relationship between style of attribution with academic achievement. Students which attributing their academic success with high ability and effort or working hard and attributed their academic failure with lack of effort and luck, tend to attain high achievement.  While the students that attributing their academic success with easy task and luck, and attributed their academic failure with lack of ability and difficult task, tend to attain low achievement.  Based on the findings, to increasing the level of student’s academic achievement can be conducted by train the students to developing the adaptive attribution style, that is to attributing their success academic with ability and effort factors, and to attributing their failure academic with lack of effort an luck.Â

Marriage in young people becomes popular among moslem in Indonesian. Unfortunately, the statistic of divorce is also increases every year. Divorce much happen among couples at the first five years of marriage. Communication is the major cause of the divorce. Developmental Psychology approach assumes that couple can built healthy communication with full of affection through confirmation, self disclosure and sexual communication. Furthermore, Islam suggests the moslem  to take Rasulullah (prophet Muhammad Saw.) as their model in the ways of his communication among his family members. The two perspectives can be developed as intervention technique to reduce the statistic of divorce in Indonesia.Â

Curriculum is one of the important components in education which has a big role in determining the direction and purpose that will be reached by the academic institution. Therefore, curriculum must be designed on the basis of curriculum development principles should be noticed. One of the principles is the curriculum relevance with the employment. So, to evaluate the curriculum, including psychology faculty UIN SGD Bandung, it can be conducted by scrutinizing how far the curriculum relevance with occupation.To scrutinize how far the curriculum relevance with occupation, we can trace from alumni’s feed back. So, in this research it has been scrutinized how curriculum relevance of psychology faculty UIN SGD Bandung with the occupation taken from alumni’s view, the job appropriateness with the competence and psychology profession, and the hope of alumni to curriculum change.The data of research are processed either qualitative approach or quantitative by descriptive statistic analyzing present age calculation, and level category and also the analysis of contingency coefficient correlation test. From the result of data processing, it shows that most of alumni view that the curriculum of psychology faculty UIN SGD Bandung is still relevant with occupation. It is strengthened by the data showing the most of alumni’s job which generally is still appropriate with the psychology profession scope. It is so with being relatively fast for the alumni to get the job after graduating. It indicates that the products (graduations) of psychology faculty UIN SGD Bandung still have any competition and they are needed by the user.From correlation test result, it can be concluded that there is no respondent’s characteristic which has significant relation with their view to the curriculum relevance of psychology faculty UIN SGD Bandung with occupation. In other word, respondent’s characteristic can’t be a significant correlation to human’s view in curriculum.Although Alumni view curriculum still relevant with occupation, but all respondents still hope any change in curriculum to be more applicative and relevant with human’s need especially for occupation.    Â

This study aims to determine the relationship between mother’s secure attachment to the readiness of prepubertal girl to face first menstruation (menarche). The participants were 74 elementary students at V and VI grade in Budi Mulia Elementary School, Seturan. This study used quantitative research method. Measuring instruments were menarche preparedness scale and secure attachment scale. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a statistical technique test of Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS software. The results showed a correlation coefficient (rxy) = .305 with significance level of p=.008 (p<.01), so the hypothesis was accepted. This result indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between mother’s secure attachment to the pre-pubertal girls’ readiness to face first menstruation (menarche).

Indonesia is a big country with high pluralism. Country like Indonesia requires a high tolerance attitude. This research aimed to obtain the description about tolerance in the students based on personality type. The participants were 350 UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung’s students with quantitative approach. The variables were personality type and tolerance attitude. Personality types using a scale compiled from the Big Five theory formulated from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP). Tolerance attitude was measured using the scale developed by van der Waltz. The results show that the type of personality Conscientious dominates the subject and there is no subject that has the Agreeableness type. From the four personality types, Analysis of Variance (Anova) found no significant difference in their tolerance attitudes. It seems that the majority of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati’s students have good moral values so they can tolerate the difference.
